are just basic stuff you can find everywhere online.

If you don't know why you need to build a list,
what tools to use (autoresponder and optimize press),
what an opt-in form is, and why you need a sales funnel,
then you may find the content useful.

This guy has been humping the leg of the ignorant newbie IM wannabee market for over 10 years that I'm aware of. There's clearly money there but I couldn't stand the screaming of the lambs.
