Im not trying to be nasty, but mearly offering some creative criticisim. But your prices for the templates are pretty high. I know you need to eat and want paying for your time but $29 for the template then $10 a month ? for $29 id expect at the very least 6 months of updates. I notice there arnt that many posts saying they have bought your product. May be your decision not to offer a review copy or 2 could be to blame. People would like to know if it does what is says it does, by someone other than yourself ?

I've to pay a fee of 10$ per person for the them to be able to use the zenno without purchasing zenno fyi. Also, I don't think it's high. Websites are constantly changing and I've to keep updating it whenever error or bugs arises. 10$ A month is not a template but for all the template that the person own and they'll get updates and support for it. EVEN MASSIVE UPDATES INCLUDED. 29$ for a 6months support, come on. If I want to include 6 months support in this, I wouldn't even consider listing 29$. You need to remember this is a one-time fee. |

also is that comes up with public proxy harvesting option ? does it mandate to pay 10$ monthly or it is on clients demand ? if i am not wrong the one time fee for tempalte and monthly fee for update/support (if it is required) correct me if i am wrong. |

will looked forward to this offer. Yeah, $10 support from the developer is a steal. Being as web design industry myself for quite a long time now,i reallise a montly fee is a must if you want to give the best support for you client. I think thats better than anyone who say giving lifetime support but matter of fact is just lying to their customer. Good luck with your thread OP!
