I can see that you are in app development new. First thing that you are not allowed to use website content if you are not owner of the website it cals webview and affiliate spam policy. Example, you need to use same email that you registered in google play and same email that is verified as owner of website.

Next thing is you need to make keystroke when you building app for google play, and if something wrong goes, and google deletes your app or you need to upgrade it you need to edit versions and other stuff.

3 strikes in google play and you account will be banned forever and you are not allowed to make another, yes you can open new one on mother, father, using new mac, new ip, new emails and other new stuff. So guy don't play with like this apps, there is tons of good free webview sources in internet, and it is easy to work with them, to make nice webview app cost about 20-30 mins.

Maybe you have truth here , but is not legal when they pay you to promote their games ?
Normaly they create this software for people who want to create an app for their website,or html5 webview, not for this...
