Same here. I run LTP in 5 virtual machines - in some of them new LTP acts like that, in others not.

This stops me from using new version (still on 3.0.49), would like to know the solution :)

I'm getting only a range of local search traffic along with this notification:
Exact volume is not available due to restrictions on your adwords account

When I login to AdWords, I see: This page shows ranges for search volumes. For a more detailed view, set up and run a campaign.

Looks like the bastards at Google are now starting to restrict data unless you pay for their ads.
