[Help] Decent traffic zero conversion!

Hi,

I have a decent source of targeted traffic going to my pages with a pop up offer to a freebie that complements the topic and exit redirect offer.

I see a good amount of traffic in my affiliate analytics reports with a few order form impression but not conversions yet?

what am I missing? I don't have a personal optin. Should I create a optin content locker to capture contact info on top of the free pop up offer and redirect?

What is your traffic estimator measurement or How can you say decent traffic, There are lots of factor for conversion.
