I can't recommend any blackhat host. All the questions asked above are answered in the faq section in first post. What I am selling you is a method to create the ads and run it for free. If your account gets banned due to the type of ads you are running then thats something you need to rectify. As promised I'll leave a review, so basically method is very easy to follow..
It comes with 4 HQ video step by step + pdf + support if any issues. Creating all steps does not take long for me max 20min after watching tutorials because i have crappy laptop but anyway method works for me well..
