RE: [REQ] Revamply
Revamply is riddled with bugs. To be honest, I am appalled by the quality the vendor, Sam Bakker, allowed to release this at. At best, it's in alpha stage of development, but is completely unusable at this point. Maybe he'll iron out the kinks later, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Your better off copying websites with free software like HTTrack Website Copier and modifying it in a WYSIWYG application than using Revamply.

Don't know bout you guys, but that smooth Goatee on Joey Xoto really makes me want to buy this. All joking aside...yes - this is pretty good in theory, but how many shiny tools does one need to design a web/landing page? You're best off with fundamentals and a handful of non-buggy themes to speed up the development process.

Well, unbeknownst to you. The days of straight forward landing pages for sending from FB Ads and automated Blogs are slowing coming to a close.

We are entering into a new realm of behavioral marketing.

Clickfunnels is one of the best for landing page designers. All the rest that have been released from IMers and especially those based on wordpress are just time and money wasters.

Lastly one thing. If I was running a web page and it was doing nicely for me and I saw someone else running the same page. I'd find out where they are getting their traffic from block it, find out where they are getting their $$$ from affiliate traffic, block that also and then send a DMCA request to their hosting provider.

These have worked in the past for me, but if all else fails.. I'd email the guy via his contact us page or track him down via whois and tiell him his site is going down. I'd ddos for F***** lol.

RE: [REQ] Revamply
I think it says it all, when you follow the sales funnel through, it talks about taking other peoples website , editing it and making the edited version your own. After buying the platform I was immediately taken aback at the complete flip in the language of the up-sells and other processes where they installed many references to "websites you own" "websites you have control over" etc. Then before delivery they make you sign a form that says you will not use the software to violate anyone's published property and you will only use it on your own properties. While I was aware of the implications I pushed forward and also then learned the best features of the program are only had with the oto, plugin and download capabilities. All the quickstep editing they sold you on was couched in the ability to create a complete version of any website you input into the system, never hyper emphasizing "Your Own". Well if you don't have the upgrade, a monthly 37.oo you have to host the edits on their website / server. The usefulness to me was in those difficult editing challenges that always arise when trying to match your vision with your limitation of knowledge in the technology you are working. I saw this as a solution to that challenge and bought the oto. The software is terribly buggy, and it takes a ton of time to get past stupid behaviors that always come up. Now at a monthly after a 200.oo spend it is my optimistic hope they iron out the bugs. It was entirely within these motivations that I dropped almost 250.oo and now carry the monthly. My first website has been edited with a minefield of weird interface behaviors, and have not been able to conclude the first run through with out a tech support ticket to the vendor after my hosting company could not help me solve the defect in the edited result after 4 different people got into my website, that I own, and failed to find a fix to the problem I have. In hind sight I believe I broke my own rules as far as software with subscriptions because of how close I am to finishing my business roll out. If you are going down the path of copying other peoples website as a guide I don't have an issues with that as long as you recognize the work you have to put into that copy to make it your own. If the structural aspect of a website is the benefit you are after and not the content then this could be a good thing. Certainly so far, not worth the money but as I declared in my "close to conclusion", state of roll out, I was willing to roll the dice and see if they get it together. regards igydog

RE: [REQ] Revamply
Thanks for all the comments and feedback about Revamply. I'm not surprised people are saying its buggy. Seems like most of the software I've bought on JVZoo has bugs or doesn't work like the SP claims or stops working after a few months.

RE: [REQ] Revamply
Revamply is a good concept, but doesn't work as described. I just got a response from support 3 months after I got my refund! Unless you can get this builder for cheap, do not waste your time. You have to edit each web page individually and even that can be troublesome.I bought all OTOs, and also got refunds. Caveat Emptor.
