[REQ] Need a recomendation on autoesponders any comparison sites

There have been several WSO saying they are autoresponders. But after reading
the sales letters they do not seem to have a fully functional autoresponder.

Each WSO has some components of what I need but nobody has anything like Aweber or GetResponse.

I would prefer a self hosted solution that I can buy on a BSO.

Any recommendations ?
