I am forced to post this here. In February I alerted you that 2 open tickets on your service desk is broken since it does not update or allow deletion of old tickets. I had to create a second account and now ten days latter my ticket remains ignored. You have boxed me out and I am getting close to closing down all my GB's with you. The time I have expended to get simple issues fixed stresses me out.

You can fix top 50 page not loading very easy. Go to admin pannel/settings/Top 50 provider and chose local. Fixed ... easy... Hope that helps =D
