Here's something that I think is important to add.

Excellent share! Without a great offer you are just wasting time and money - there are adverising sales reps everywhere that are happy to take your money. Old school said you need Message/Media/Market and while these 3 are still very important, if your Message doesn't include a great offer, the rest won't matter.
