I need to know about these 2 sites:

markethealth.com

I'm promoting products from these 2 sites as an affiliate but I'm not making money from these sites. Anyone have experience about these 2 sites?
My affiliate links are getting over 70 visitors per day but no sale :(

Please share your experience about these sites. If you know any other high paying affiliate commission site (not scam) please share even your referral links.
