It depends on the offer you use. Most CPA networks (especially in the USA) do not allow craiglist traffic at their offers. So please pay attention at the rules of the offer you're going to promote. So, be careful when working with such boards.

Post ad,

Either post the link in your ad or build up your email replies
then reply with a copy and paste + your link included.

Get a domain name + link forwarding to your cpa link.
I prefer CB over cpa offers since they payout more.

The niches I've made money with on Craigslist
is MMO and Dating offers.

Bing and CB has also been Successful.
You could find other people's ads on bing and just copy and give it your own twists.
