NEED HELP WITH MY UNLIMITED adwords ACCOUNTS

Hi Mates,

I'm sorry that I so noobs here.

I have a lot of adwords accounts which loaded with $100 coupon and vcc. It works (although a little of these get banned sometimes).

Please suggest me, how to use it as a money machine?

I'm not good at PPC marketing and I'll happy if I get JV to use these.
