Hi. I have a friend who is an executive coach and soft skills trainer (leaderhip, team building, effective communication, etc.). He can produce valuable content for HR Department Managers, Trainers, Middle Managers, Business owners, Entrepreneurs, etc. because of his experience.

He wants to transform his business model to online, selling:

- subscriptions to valuable content and guides (hiring, coaching, management, etc)
- online courses (management, leadership, etc.)
- training materials (for other trainers)
- executive coaching online
- advising/mentoring online.

He needs to:

- build authority online
- create valuable content (blog/webpage)
- do content marketing
- do list building (he owns a list of 300 people, mostly people he gave trainings to)
- create courses
- make a subscription model
- think of affiliate marketing
- create sales funnels
- do online marketing: facebook, twitter, etc.
