Problem With Upload HELP

Hi Peeps

I have a problem when trying to upload files
to my cloud storage.

Normaly my speed for upload is about 900kb
and download is at 6-7mb per sec.

but when i try to upload to cloud
upload speed goes really low
20-100kb LOL don't know what is going on
do you have any idea??

I cant do my bussiness with this upload speed
takes ages to upload files and i upload many files
every day :/

Don't have problems with download
that is normal but upload is OMG
HELP
