Also: How would you propose updating from 8.3 to 8.4? Is it possible? Or will I need to do a fresh install of 8.4?

After a successful installation, when I tried to go to the admin panel, I got the following error message:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 4194304) (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/ifreelan/public_html/libs/Smarty_Compiler.class.php on line 2127

Does anyone know what happened and how to fixed this issue? Also, do I need to rename Classes55 to Classes before or after the installation?

You are suppose to rename "replace" the classes folder before installing. Not idea why the encoded classes file is even there to be honest, maybe to leave the original files in place!? Anyhow, replace the classes folder with the decoded one before installing it.
