Everything is in the zip except a 15 min video with the actual method (I couldn't download it), but here it is:

Don't do:

-Telemarketing (he gets rejected a lot, I personally don't, but he does)
-Simple direct mailing
-Email is good if you have an opted-in list.

They're time consuming and lots of competition and they're all doing this method.

The Method:

Personalized Video Advertising explaining to the prospect why they need your services.

-You target each prospect's individual needs, not a mass email.
-To do this you search for your leads the typical ways.
-You analyze their site to see what the deal is with their site (most profitable are re-design, SEO, email marketing and social media).
-Then you use the software to find out where it is they rank with their respective keywords. (Software included in the zip file)
-Create a video (either DVD or usb) and mail it to the owner directly. (Use the PLR included in the zip files)

He claims he closes about 10% of his leads with this method.
