I've actually purchased it and I like it. I guess many of the points made on the forum can be valid especially if your not taking any care - Here is a best practice email I received yesterday.

Question:

Will WpSerpFuel Leave a footprint?

Answer:

WpSerpFuel creates contextually media rich
pages which You have FULL Control over..

This means you get to edit and change each
fueled post that gets added to your site.

Best Practice recommendations:

We recommend each user takes out a little
time to add their links/videos/images and
shortcodes in different places

This makes sure your fueled posts are always
going to be different and unique to everyone
elses thus leaving no footprint.

Question:

Is Using Spinnable content or Article Builder
content recommended?

Answer:

Only use content that is readable.

If your going to spin content then take some
time to go over it or get it manually spun,

Having spinned content is great, it allows you
to quickly re-create the same topic over and
over again in unique versions.

But if your not going to take the time to make
sure its humanly readable then curate the content
instead.

Just Like many of our tools, we integrate with
popular 3rd party providers but that doesn't
mean you need to use them.

What about Article Builder?

We personally use ArticleBuilder ourselves and
have found no issues with it.

Type the following into google
site:seomarketingsuite.com and you will see it
has over 2.5k indexed pages.

Every single post but 4-5 are from article
builder.

They are getting indexed and found which is
exactly what we want.

Best practice recommendations:

If you can manually write fueled posts then
nothing is going to beat that, even 200 words
would work great.

If you cant do that then get your article manually
spun, take a look at ineedarticles (they are nicely
priced)

The choice is yours and the options are plenty

we personally use Article Builder but that doesn't
mean you need to, I will leave that for you to decide.

Question:

Is this risky ?

If your creating posts that dont get linked to
from your main site then I guess that could be
a little risky.

But remember the PDF and videos I sent ?

The power is in the missing link..

My PDF guide and videos explain how we send the
robots to the fueled posts and how we cleverly
create RSS feeds.

Here's how we do it ourselves...

1- we link out to the RSS feeds
2- we create external links to the fueled posts

But even if you didn't create external links Google
will still find your posts due to how we link to
the RSS feeds.

Best practice recommendations:

If you have an Enterprise Plus license then link
out to the posts RSS feed from the actual post
itself.

This creates a silo structure for every single post
on your site..(Full details in the video I sent)

And it even allows sites that dont have a silo setup
to silo their pages in a very clever way, thus boosting
relevancy, internal links and authority.

If you have the front end license then link out to the
RSS feed from your home page or sitemap

Bottom line

If your creating content that is readable, content
that is linked to from your site and content that is
easily available for google to find..

Then your going to get rewarded handsomely

The only item I really saw has strong merit in the Apex forum post is the footprint issue, but as long as this is implemented on your PBN domains AND with varied plug-ins with distinct content then the risk is minimized. I would NOT implement this on a money site.
