As with other Cliff Carrigan software/apps (you can Virustotal the direct download link, exactly same as Zippyshare mirror) it is most likely a false positive. As stated, I've tested on a few different computers and nothing comes up after install.
These are Ubot bots, so as any one with experience knows with them is it's not uncommon to have false-postive virus warnings. I do not see why you can't safely run either on a VM or sandboxed. |
