i have decoded, but can not verify if result is good without testing the whole thing.
besides, some additional files are needed when decoding some files, like utilities.php references to some other files and can not be properly decoded without those.

have a look at the result:

all in all, i wouldn't dare to do what is requested without seeing the whole set. if you like the result, and whant me to do it, pm me the whole script.
