Create a list of local businesses...
Create a local or niche specific directory.
Call businesses offering free listing and interview.
During interview ask something like what is it you need more of or get better at in your business
Offer solution.
Get paid to do solution.

Essentially it's offering a trust trigger freebee to get past gate keeper.

It's certainly actionable.

We use a similar strategy in our business that works well.
