Hoping for something to pan out if possible... I saw on demomeb's thread that they may be reinstated on the 13th, at least that's what it seemed... not sure if weblearning was or will be able to make out the same kind of request to occur or not. I've PM'd about it to weblearning but haven't heard back... not going to file a big claim with paypal for the $9 though... would rather see if things can work out, or if weblearning has something else that can be offered of some kind of value for $9 if nothing else.

Saw someone else make a comment about Social Kickstart... is it not a better software than Viral Autobots claimed itself to be? I wish I had learned about Kickstart sooner back when demomeb had a GB for it. Looks like it'd be much more valuable to me than this VAB tool has been so far. Just my thoughts though.

OPEN LETTER to WEBLEARNING:::

Remember guys....this is Weblearnings first GB...and it's a disaster.

He may have had good intentions in the beginning to provide the services....but that went out the window when we were all blocked, and he'd already spent the money on Christmas or ????....

If I had a dollar for every person who ended up cheating me with "good intentions" in the beginning, I'd be a hundredaire by now.

Good intentions or not, he has a duty to follow through, and issue refunds for a failed GB, especially after we've all paid him up front for a service that never materialized.

You guys should not kid yourselves....Weblearning isn't going to respond to any of you.

Any honest GB promoter would have logged on and told us what his intentions are long before now...?? that hasn't happened, and isn't going to happen....so don't get your expectations up that he'll suddenly appear after 10 days of silence and issue refunds to all of you.

He'ss already withdrawn the money from paypal......spent the money, and it's long gone....

I filed a paypal dispute on Jan 4th. I tried friendly measures first, but to no avail.....yes I contacted him via email on the 1st, but he ignored me.

Weleaning hasn't responded to my dispute yet, as he has until January 21st to respond . I seriously doubt he'll respond, as he's probably cleaned out his paypal account, and I'll be left with zero remedy.

I suggest that each of you do the same...file a paypal dispute. If you don't, then Weblearning will have gotten away with this, and others will be emboldened to follow his example and "disappear" after failing to deliver on their promises....with or without having good intentions.

It's not about the $9 dollars, its about not being a victim; and most importantly.... your self respect....if you let people walk all over you, then what does that make you?

If several [8 or more] of you guys file disputes..then paypal will take notice and close his account, and prevent him from opening another in his own name...that will be satisfaction for me.

However, if I am only one of two or three, then paypal won't take any adverse action, and Weblearning will be able to use that same paypal account for other "failed" GB's or bogus transactions.

PS: Remember, the only way to get paypal to place aa "hold" on his remaining funds in his account, is for enough of you guys [8 or more] file a dispute so that Weblearnings "withdrawals" are blocked......we might get lucky with enough funds to cover all of the disputed transactions i.e. he could have other unrelated sales transactions pending that would be blocked also....

...... If you do file a dispute with paypal, make sure to select [non-receipt of item - i.e. we never received our "access to the services as promised, as our accounts are "blocked"] -- as the type of claim, then select "services" as the type of transaction [i.e....he is providing a "service" in allowing us to be trained by his product -- caveat: as "purely" electronic transactions are not covered under paypals dispute process], and then make sure you request in the details of the dispute that Weblearning provide true and accurate identity information, as he's using a "fake" business entity name, address and contact info. Weblearning won't want to disclose his true name and contact info [as fraudsters love to hide behind false / fake business entity information]...so that'll put the brakes on his ability to respond with a believable excuse as to why he "shouldn't have to refund anyone"...???

I already filed a dispute with Paypal on January1, 2016. I escalated
it to a claim on January 4, 2016. He has until January 14 to respond.

I had sent emails to him prior to the Paypal action. I have not
heard anything back from him either.

I got an email from the developer saying that he will enable the licenses once he will be back from his trip. ( Jan 13 )

If that reseller is getting his licenses reinstated we should too!

I saw that too eagle1chaz and was wondering about that as well. Was hoping it was going to be reinstated on our end as well. I haven't filed a claim yet but did try to reach out via PM and didn't hear back at all. Definitely not cool but karma is indeed a b*tch so if he did disappear with all the money from everyone's $9.00 payment, it'll catch up. Glad it's only $9.00 as I've seen others get burnt for a few hundred bucks in the past. Still would be nice though to hear an update from weblearning about this.

If you're not happy with this, why don't each of you "report" this listing as false, so that the admin takes this listing down...use the "report" button at the bottom of his initial post...
