Seeking full-time porn review writer for split of website revenue

Hello all and Happy New Year!

I am seeking a full-time writer for an adult porn website. The website is new and is an affiliate website for a new kind of porn that's just beginning to blow up.

I have already built the site up nicely, it is SEO'd up and getting 3000 UV daily, 95% of the traffic from search. The site is making decent affiliate sales already. The site also has webcam and adult chat offers to get additional revenue.

What the site is now missing is a writer and good written porn reviews to help increase sales and to get more traffic from search.

I don't want to buy articles. I don't want to buy reviews. What I want is a long-term (forever would be great), full-time writer that would be a partner in the website's growth and earn his/her earnings from revenue from the site ... which would be more than if I bought articles.

The reason why I would rather pay a full-time writer that's dedicated to the growth of the site over buying articles is because I think it would be a better incentive to be consistent and dedicated to the site.
