Because Youtube doesn't have it in their API. If you're a Kodi user and use the Youtube addon, you'll see the same list of countries when you first set it up as it uses the same API that YSP does.

Looking through the list of target countries, I don't see the USA on that list.
Any reason why the US has been omitted from the list of countries to target commenters from?

Sure, you have Worldwide.. but that could mean ALL countries so, when one wants to simply target US users, how do we go about doing that?
