Agreed, udemy instructors are already working so hard to make these courses (literally each course can take at least a solid week just to make and put up if not more!).

I get it that people want to get in on a course for free during a product launch or when an instructor has a special promo, but once a course promotion is done or if you miss it, if you really find the information valuable then pay for it (even if you pay $10-$15, I mean seriously a few coffee's worth when you look at it, and udemy does those promos like every other month). Some of the incredible information on Udemy can save you months if not years (I can't tell you how many times I've learnt so much and saved so much time).

If people are just ripping courses like this, then honestly it will just destroy the whole free coupon system which already instructors are hesitant about. Don't ruin it for everyone by ripping courses.

If you REALLY want to get a course free from an instructor, here is what I suggest (And yes, I'm an instructor!):

1. Get in FIRST on launches or instructor specials or Promotions

2. Start blogging, write to your favorite instructor and offer to review the course on your blog for a freebie or a discount (Seriously, don't just expect to get something for nothing, instructors need their courses marketed, and if you can give an honest blog review, that would help everyone, including instructors and potential future students).

3. Start Youtubing and offer a video review of a course to instructors for exchange of a freebie/discount.

4. Wait for promotions (Definitely happen every month, and the big ones happen near the end of the year during Black Friday/Christmas time).

5. JOIN THE FREE COURSES the instructor may offer and then you're part of the mailing list. Instructors often send out awesome promos and coupons to their entire student list! I've had times where I've gotten deals for like $5 for a solid course!

6. Join the huge list of sites out there that are promoting free and cheap udemy courses (Facebook Groups, other coupon sites, etc.)

7. Finally, if an instructor has seriously not decided to give a coupon and you can't find one anywhere, rather than RIPPING the course, ask yourself if the information is seriously worth it by INVESTIGATING the course for the 5 minute free preview (Yes Udemy offers this feature to all potential students, so for 5 minutes you can check out the entire course...ANY COURSE!). If it seems like something you'll make use of, keep in mind local colleges and universities charge MUCH MORE than what you'd ever pay on Udemy (Udemy prices are from FREE to $299 USD). If you know the course will help you, then pay for it. I CAN ASSURE YOU when you pay for something you'll actually complete the course!

Ask yourself this, how often do you complete free courses? Most people just click on join and then wait for a long time (IF EVER) to complete the course. But when people pay for courses (even if it's $5) they tend to do a lot more with that course. Don't believe me? Try paying $99 for a course right now, and tell me if you've never even watched a course video. I HIGHLY DOUBT IT (Most people would generally finish courses they've paid $99 for).

Listen, ripping courses doesn't benefit anyone, not the student, not the teacher, not Udemy and even not the person who ripped the course itself (Loss of accounts, spamming, etc.).
