Video streaming - redirecting [PHP]

Hello,

I'm looking for scripts/plugins/code that you can use to redirect someone's video streams to your site pages, while using LC long-tail keywords.

For example, redirect video streams from youtube, vimeo, videomega or any other video hostings to your website html5 player or even use their native (youtube, vimeo, videomega, etc) videoplayers.

This is really good idea and I know lots of people using it.

While streaming others videos you do not overload your hosting/server with lots of huge videofiles, so this quality content could be watched by hundreds/thousands of people at the same time and you just attract people with right keywords and good search, filter options.

So the question is, what is the best option to redirect video streams to your website? While using both native and 3rd party videoplayers too.

Wordpress plugins/scripts? Custom code? Special CMS?

How can I find the info about this?
