After update 1.3.1 and replace to 1.3.2 i got notice

hello how to move from local host to online vps ? i have moved all the files and databases and enter database conection to /config/database.php but site is broken i think i need to enter my live site url someplace because the articles are showned on the live site but the look is broken and when i click links it doenst redict me anywhere just error not found. Please help me i have done thi before but i dont remember where i changed the url .
