You go to fiverr, search for flyer gigs, have them create a flyer that says something, "Best Sex Ever $500- Group Rates Available" with your phone number on it...then go to the most expensive restaurant in your town and put them on the car windows.

Make sure to check the weather first because you wouldn't want your flyers to get rained on. Also on rare occasions you may have to pay off the valet parker which bumps the price of the method to $10 which if you're really strapped for cash might not be within your budget.
