I received email from Paypal that i can Withdrawal funds from my banned account

I'm from Pakistan where PayPal is officially banned but we're using it as a need of online transaction through various techniques. 6 months ago my PayPal account was limited which is made with fake name. After contacting with support, the told that I'll be able to withdraw after 6 months. Now, the duration has completed and i received a mail that funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

But they have made limitation as follows:

While access to your account is limited, you may: * place logos into your auction listings or on your website * update your account information * withdraw funds from your account

You may not: * send or request money * receive payments * add funds to your account * close your account

My question is I don't have US bank account nor a credit card. The account is also not onto my name. What should I do to make the money out?

I'm just guessing here... but you might want to try to get a "paypal debit card":
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/debit-card

And maybe have it sent to a valid paypal country person that you trust and then have them send you that card which you should be able to use to withdraw most of the funds from an ATM.

You might also be able to request PayPal send a check, however your whole "fake name" would have to be changed to a trust worthy person that lives in a paypal covered area and have the check sent to them.

I could have helped but the problem PayPal doesn't work in your country.Which online payments work in your country?

Your ONLY real choice is to use the Paypal funds to buy stuff (i.e. physical products) which you can then sell (e.g. on eBay)
