youtubify is written in laravel, front-end is made with angular.js
programming style and quality of programming are super.
all in all, this provides a very solid platform for future developments, and gives access to quality freelancer jobs (since this is laravel) if you need to adjust something.

i personally would be very curios to acquire this script.
if somebody has it, and doesn't want to share in public, pm me, as i know who would be ready to exchange it for another script by the same author called "bedrive".

can not edit messages here, so just adding new one:
i can see bedrive has been shared already.
anyway, you can have a look at the quality of the code (get it from the bedrive thread) and judge for yourself if youtubify is something you would like to lay your hands on.
