Impossible to say. There are too many factors in that to answer the question. Some themes are more SEO friendly than others, some themes load slower than others, a theme change may be liked or hated by your visitors and could affect the overall bounce rate. These are just to name a few. No possible way to give you a yes or no answer. It could help, it could hurt.

It will have almost no effect unless it loads faster / slower or is not responsive or contains less scripts.

Run 5 tests in 10 mins at http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/. Change the theme - run again. Aveage each set of results to get the answer.

Siteload time, scripts, mobile friendly - all matter and that's usually inside the theme. If the page is blue or green, top menu or side will not change Bing or Google.

Yes, it can, but not always. If it does, look for an inherent change in your source code an in the way your post or page content is presented in the HTML.

I dont think it has any effect on SEO. But you should do some edit like title and meta tags in case you did it from code.
