Your hosting dont have enabled this function (escapeshellarg()) - because this function is pretty vulnerable.

I have installed withs theses files successfully.
But there´s some another bugs:
- app/Categories.php file is missing;
- top menu have only 'Section' item;
- 'Create' menu does not have itens;
