Any one have issue on downloading image from URL?

I have add feature image from URL working , but when i add image to post it doesn't work.

I try every solution i think about it and go through all script files to find the problem but i couldn't figure out why.

I tried it on apache, apache + nginx, nginx +php5-fpm and nginx +HHVM . All these 4 webserver doesn't work.

May be i am missing something in php.ini , may be some one can share his working php.ini if this problem doesn't occur to you.
