you gotta differ from technical issues to general pondering and csulting with the community.

i did not post that the play button isnt working. i was talking about something that the entire community needs to know about your product, something that you intentionally hid from the community so that your product would sell better.

this is not an ebay page and you are not simply trying to sell a product to consumers, people who buy from forums especially from highly trusted members as yourself, buy because they are sure that you have the best interest of the community.

and though i might be inactive on BBHF but i am a long time active member on many other forums...

what i am doing is by far not against the rules and actually a must-do for the community.

it is very unsettling for me that you insist of ignoring and not even referencing my questions in public or in private, and you are more then welcome to report my posts to the admins and if they decide that my posts go against the rules or against the community, it's their choice and that would end my short-termed time in BBHF...

Well lyle45, I will answer your question without any issue but I find your activities here are very suspicious!! Seems like that you specially created this NEW BBHF id for this ONLY Thread, Your total posts are 4 and all are on this BSO thread!! (clearing this doubt is NOT AT ALL NECESSARY THOUGH :P)

Now come to your question -
Well, I understand that Social tab is a hit on email open rate BUT it is way better than sending emails using some bulk email sender and you don't have any idea about how much percentage of the sent emails will be reaching inbox (TSP gives 100% inbox rate though in Social tab but with TARGETED AUDIENCE!). I don't know about you but imo, 60-70% of the target audience see the social tab as along with YouTube, FB, Twitter and other social network emails goes into that tab and most of the users take interest in social website emails!!

I hope, this answers your question but if still you have any query, please post here BUT NOT ANY CTR OR TECHNICAL issue; for these issues, please create support ticket, one of the support executive will help you resolve your issue ASAP.

If One uses TSP following ALL steps as we have specified in TSP best practices video mentioned below AND use well researched keywords to find targeted audience on YouTube, there will be a very good CTR and conversion as well for all sending messages.
