If you paid for this using Paypal, you can file a dispute, and then escalate. If this bbhfHero doesn't respond within a certain time frame ( 2 to 3 weeks), then Paypal will refund your money.

I do not believe he will respond. Also, his Paypal name and e-mail address are completely different.

Like the Steve Miller song, this thief "took the money and run".

Odd... I bought a code canyon booking software that allows customers to pay for trips.

I guess my question would be..... how do you get emails to email them and how is the response?

I would say locate mom and pop hotels that doesn't have a site up or one that does have a site up but no online booking system and shoot them an email saying that you have a way to increase traffic into their hotel or something like that. Plus if you go to the site an they do not have a email listed then I would contact them thru their contact us form if they have one or pick up the phone.But I would stay away from the franchises an stick with the independent hotels.
