I always hear bad things about this guy and this software but I did download the last one (a month ago) and it seems to work pretty well although I have not had time to dive into it I can tell you this.

1]Very useful if you use craigslist at all, especially if your recruiting, looking for leads,etc.

2] There is a BBB scraper I thought was cool

3] Being able to search for business then take screen shots and edit right from the software saves time

4]*BEST* new feature is "automated" REPLY button..

so set your message pick your sections and click "GO" software goes and manually responds to each post in that section (spammy, but sure can be utilized)

5] The image scanner website "online ocr" BLEW my mind when my poster should me it recently so seeing it here shows me he is not "holding" back (2 much)

6] This also has an email account creator you do need (Phone Number) makes gmail and yahoo

7]the Zillow and Houzz option also seems cool. and they added Tempest

8] there are other options, spinner, email scraper, ad re newer, backpage options and also options for paid ad parsing and few others.
