i hope some Philippines here can help me to track down this scammer and got him busted. he cheated me about 3k USD,if you can get this man arrested, you can get 2k usd for reward.

I am sorry to hear this is still happening.
I also were scammed in the past, and probably will be in the future - it is not good feeling.
Never ever send money via Western Union, this can not be tracked and 98% of the time is used by scammers.
Unfortunately you will not get your money back, i am really sorry to say this!
