It is rare that I see one Ebay WSO or other product in a year that is acceptable. I have seen two in the past few weeks that were excellent - and this is one of them!

For those of you that think Ebay is so riddled with problems and refunds - stay away! AND stay poor!

This author is right on in his assessment of arbitrage being an extremely profitable way to make sales and money on Ebay.

I don't do Ebay as a regular deal, but when I do - this is exactly the model I use. It is extremely low risk and super-high reward! I have used it for over 20-years with insane success and ZERO failures. Every time I decide to do it, I make an easy 10-20 grand in PROFIT.

EDIT: Actually, the above example is an account of only one item - usually the best performing one. When I do this, I sometimes do only one or two items - other times I would have as many as 20-40 items listed at a time. Some would do almost as well - others a few less sales - and of course, the occasional dog (which didn't cost anything).

I'll leave it up to you to do the math.

People want to cr*p on this idea because it sounds hard and seems like you are asking for problems. Nothing could be farther from the truth - it is drop-dead easy!

But it is definitely some work.

And you can do it anytime - anywhere - with ZERO money and ZERO inventory. All you have to have the knowledge about how and where to source products and what they are selling for and where to sell them - then list them with some modicum of intelligence on Ebay.

Arbitrage isn't new (as one other poster mentioned) - it has been around for centuries. All that this big word means is you buy or control an item for less than you can sell it for in another market.

This ebook is well-written and clearly outlines exactly what to look for. It is also easy to overlook the extra guide he provides, which is geared to help anyone that is new to Ebay with lots of the nuts and bolts. It too is outstanding at around 70-pages, while the main guide is only 19-pages.

He includes software I have not even tried yet, but I doubt most will need it - I don't.

So before you naysayers decide to p*ss on something you clearly don't understand, I suggest you try this and find out for yourselves how easily you can make money doing it.

My grade for this: 5 / 5 stars.

I don't hand out 5-stars unless something is very well-done. (Only one last year.) This is worth it - even without the software, and even though it has been written about before.

People look down on Ebay because it is work - even when they can get fat doing it. I hope the people who think that way keep being lazy!

I was reading through this thread, and have found many golden nuggets. I immediately repped Quasar and zaki777 posted some great info. as well. I'm not sure if this has been posted here in this thread or elsewhere here on BBHF, but here is a trick I used about 12 years ago when I first started selling on ebay, and it still works like gangbusters even up until today.

When I first started selling a popular clothing item, I was new to ebay selling and copyriting, and had no clue on how to write ads that sell. What I did notice was, the top sellers of the particular items I was selling, had excellent copyright. I then took the top 5 sellers in my niche, and copy and pasted their ads in a word document. Then I went through all of the ad copy, and I began to paraphrase it all into my own "super ad."

Notice I didn't plagiarize any of the copyright, because imo it is just wrong, and you would eventually be outed for the fraud anyway.

Here are the results of my experiment. My first month doing business on ebay ever, I achieved $6,500 in total gross sales, and it grew even bigger by my second month, and by the third, I was offered power seller status. Unfortunately with so much success, the haters will come out from the wood works, due to me now outselling sellers who were already established in that particular niche. It comes with the territory, but I was banking big $$$, but due to horrible accounting practices and mismanagement of funds on my part, it wasn't a sustainable business model at the time. Over time I learned better, but anytime I want to enter a new niche, I use this copyrighting trick that just plain works. My motto is: If it works for them, it will work for you too. Just so much more better when you combine the top ad copy, and then add your own twist to them, and personalize the words and make them yours. No need to reinvent the wheel here.

It is easy to be stingy, and feel that you are creating competition when you share with others trying to make it, but giving back does do wonders for you. Healthy competition is actually great for every market, but leechers and haters taint things in our world around us. Believe it or not, life is not a zero sum game, and by sharing and using that big brain power that we humans are blessed to possess, we go farther, and find that their is more than enough money and resources for us all!

The most important part in all this is to factor in Ebay and Paypal fees. What I do is mutiply the selling price by 15% and take that away from the total to get your profit figure. For example, you sell something on Ebay for $80. 15% of $80 is $12 so your profit figure is $68. So as long as you buy the item from Amazon [or wherever], you need to pay no more $68 to make a profit. Obviously the bigger profit margin the better, but don't throw away those items that just make you two or three bucks profit a time as these can easily mount up and you only need to list the item once and then keep re-listing. Do check your paypal and ebay listing fees first though, as I believe different countries incur different fee structures.
