Help in building link pyramid

Hello

I need help in creating link pyramid.I want to know how to create it.
I know some basic like
1. web 2.0 pointing to your main website.
2. pdf share/forum profile pointing to your web 2.0
3. wiki backlinks pointing to your pdf share/forum profile
5. blog comment pointing to your wiki backlinks.


I want to know how many web 2.0 Can I use 5 or more.
How many article should I use in each web 2.0 and
how many anchor text per article.
Do I need to add unique article to each web 2.0
Do I need to create each web 2.0 using unique IP and unique Email ID.


I know that I need to point web 2.0 to my main website, but Do I also need to point web 2.0 to another web 2.0, making like a circle.

And do I need to do same of pdf share as we do in web 2.0.


Is there any free software which can make my task easy.
Can you suggest me best link pyramid

You can do it with 5 or more. Its not actually rules.

Be natural. At least 3 articles and more you can post.

Use 1 anchor text. But go in different ways. Use brand keyword, naked URL and long-tail anchor. Always try to avoid footprint.

I think, unique article can help you to increase authority. Personally, i don't mention to write spun content.

Never do that. You will kick from search engine. Don't do that.

I don't think so, its good idea. If don't have any problem, skip this kind of footprint.

I don't have any idea about software. I always try to do it myself. But you can find this kind services in BBHF.

1- do I need to create web 2.0 sites to my money site articles also or just home page?
2- can I for example work 1st week to blogger web 2.0 and the 2nd week for another web 2.0 site? or all in the same time?
3- which is the best way and the safe way to build links ?
4- can you please write steps of link building ?
