Yes, I agree with you. This is for week 1, week 1 he focus on creating a LP for Popads and I can give to it 2/10.
Week 2 he is talking about Volumun (Cloud Tracking Platform), VPS (Beyondhosting and of course, with his aff links).
Week 3, get on with Volumun and setting up the first campaign, some "resources" which again are Aff links (Expensive ones)

To be honest, this "Course" doesn't worth even $27. And people are paying $5,000 with coupon, without coupons they have to pay $8,000 for this piece of crap.

Regarding to the Youtube links, I watched, and these informations I found useful for me. Basically he was talking about using a d f .l y links were NOT allowed here!!! for cheap traffic promoting Mobile CPA offers (iOS and Android CPI or Install), which cost $0.003 per clicks.

fuckshit!! m*****f*****!! after downloading the week 1. it was outrageously boring to watch and full of fluff. it's utterly nonsense and a waste of bandwidth. i've seen a $9 wso better than this.
