I have never clicked on a banner - ever. But they made (and I assume still make) people money.
I do not ever click on FaceBook ads. Again, they do make people money.
Adsense - forgedaboudit. I won't click and adsense ad. So I guess nobody uses them or makes money with them.
Youtube instream ads. Again, I have to believe that because I don't watch them, nobody does. They should disappear in a few weeks.

Nonesense right. Take a look a her course. She does a nice job presenting the material although most of it seems to be focused on veeroll which will cost you $47 a month and make her an affiliate fee if you use her link. But, I will tell you what. I might give veeroll a roll for a month or two. I think it could have merit.
