Just finished reading the pdf version. GREAT STUFF!! Highly recommended.

Throughout the book the author keeps referring to his other book
"Elements of Power" (isbn-9780814415115)
but I could not get a valid link to a PDF (or other format)

Since these 2 books seem to be complementary and related to each other,
could someone post a valid link in this thread (just the readable version works fine with me)
