Max Split is what I used, so you will probably need it. Get it here:

You will notice the ".START" files. These will be the files you need to join the split files.

Once you have downloaded and joined all the relevant files back together, you will need to rename them
to ".zip" before unpacking and viewing them.

The pdf's are only a list of links to his recommended sites for placing ads.

I am not a pro at sharing files, so if you need further instructions on how to
download and view these files, hopefully someone else here can help.
