btw i dunno if its the right method and pls CMIIW, but first, login with your right credentials, then it'll give you error, modify your pass (i just delete last char of my pass) then click login again, voila :)

Hello,

I have AVG Internet Security installed so I choose
-Firewall Settings
-Choose "expert settings"
-Defined Networks
-IP Adress Blacklist --> 54.152.113.189, 54.88.232.23 (services.sparkol.com)

1)Installed Videoscribe
b)Replace Videoscribe (fix)
2)Create a Free Videoscribe trial accounts
3)Start Videoscribe and login with TRIAL account ( You get Error here) So close VS now!
4)Start Videoscribe again and use same "Trial login" as user but in password just leave last 2 carachters
example) if you have password "mypass123" use now "pass1"

You should now have a working Videoscribe without Watermark!

If it doesn´t work first time - try again!

I am getting this error: To use offline mode, you must first log in online on this device.

If I remove services.sparkol.com then I get it working with watermark but if I add services.sparkol.com on hosts then it gives me error. Anyone else facing this problem? I followed instructions carefully 3 times before I am posting here.

Edit: teamline bro you wasted me 1 hour :( I was adding both IP that's why it wasn't working. Restarted my computer 7-8 times and I was about to give up on this but when I deleted 54.152.113.189 from blacklist it worked.

Just add this to blacklist/host file 54.88.232.23 (services.sparkol.com) and it will work perfectly.

Thought to write back in case someone else face the same problem and waste precious time.

It doesn't work anymore.

Does not login even if I put . or remove in the login email or if I remove the last 2 chars from the password or like normal.
And yes it's newly created trail account. And yes with the bin file replaced
