Go to http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ and type in the URL for the theme and you will get a lot of information for that theme.

It looks like an extension for opencart, it may be a custom setup.

it's not opencart, 100% WP

1. name of the theme
2. plugin [wp] that theme used
