This summary is what I found on a forum with all dead download links
I learned some tidbits of info reading this:

1. Chunking - rewrite logical units of a sentence instead of rewriting the whole sentence. Look for stop words like and, when, if, then, etc.

2. For short sentence or titles, use your first impression, what comes to mind first then rewrite.

Don't think too much.

For lousy written articles, recreate the article by extracting the main points then:

1. Write an intro paragraph telling them, in brief, the main points that you are going to tell them

2. Each paragraph expound on a main point.

3. Closing paragraph telling them about your conclusion.

As far as you understand it, is this what is suggested .. to read a "chunk" of info and then rewrite the logical units of the sentences within that chunk.
And I'm not sure how to use the idea of looking for stop words - are these to be ignored, changed or what?

Sorry to be so basic but I'm just trying to get my head around this.
Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks
