RE: [GET] Unlimited coupon! Philosophy of religion course
Just to be clear - it isn't a religion course...it is a "PHILOSOPHY of religion" course :)

Thank Alex much appreciated. What I really meant was
it is so good to see change from the purposeful division of
dogmas such as religion toward what is unifying in our
evolutions as humans in those of us who choose to
be free thinkers and a higher purposed.

Hi Archy, glad to see you again. You threw me with the quote, but I like the enigma aspect - I agree.

I don't know much about Karl Marx or the Communist philosophy, but I see it evident everywhere today (a parallel with what I think is Marxian) - pharmaceutical industry for example - the masses do not seem to understand the power of the human mind (prayer, or determination coupled with faith) for simple things like healing. Yes, we are magical beings, and we can heal ourselves, and others. The mind ...

So, yes, I will claim that society has been "lead astray" by the powers that be ... corporate interests with big pockets who profit (nay, hunger for) war, disease, and human suffering. Shame on them, and I think they are often the ones most glorified in the media - politicians, pop and rap artists, corporations (usually via ads or skillfully (costly) crafted press) like KFC, McD, Coke - if they are commercially successful, then chances are they do harm to the spirit of society. It would be remiss if I didn't say also: shame on us (me and everyone) for not fighting back - arming ourselves with the knowledge of what is wrong, then continuing with "what to do?".

And here is to the government 44middlefingerTongue

I look forward to the course, OP.

p.s., I could have added reasons, but it is up to each to research - for example: msg, aspertaime, and just look at your own families - does the western medical paradigm benefit us? The medical community frequently states that preventative measures (like taking supplements) are a waste of money, and yet they peddle horrendously painful "cures", that cost a few gold pieces and wreck the retirement funds of many.
