* Pre roll video ad not displaying or taking long time to load | We recommend hosting your Pre-roll videos on Amazon S3 and enabling Cloudfront for the bucket where the video is located. This is to ensure that your videos play quickly for your web visitors.

It could also be an encoding issue. Make sure you are encoding your Pre-roll video properly for web and mobile use.

There's also a known issue where the Pre-roll video may not load in Safari browser. We are working on this.

* Give it a try and if you find it useful consider supporting the developer.
