That book is from 2012. Most likely it has some good nuggets, but Adwords 2012 is not Adwords 2015.

Thanks for sharing this, but a word of warning to everyone - this is three years old and a lot has changed in AdWords since then. Still, there are some high level strategies in this book that are still relevant, but the UI, and features and functionality are different these days.
