No I am sure I am right.

Its a pure simple Seattle Clouds Reseller account.

You can upload via thier Google Play + IOS accounts but you lose control if that happens.

Or.. you can upload directly to your own Google Play + IOS accounts, meaning you have to pay the $25 Google Play fee + $100 IOS fee each year.

You are incorrect.

Push notifications are included free if done via the Seattle Clouds Reseller login.

However, if you want to give a client access to send their own P.N you need to pay around $15 / mth for a separate login via a 3rd party.
Otherwise you need to give the client your Seattle Clouds login and they will see everything - not just P.N.

I think I am going to spend the $30 for the App Builder Access.

I have used Seattle Clouds before with other resellers so I know how this works, you can actually share log ins.

IF anyone is interested $10 each for access to the builder between 3 of us - PM me.
Max 2 other people as we see each other Apps inside account etc.
